Khader Hawash

Mr. Khader Hawash is a 60-year-old Palestinian craftsman from Beit Sahour who has been working in handicrafts for over forty years. His craft relies primarily on olive wood. Through it, he manufactures  pieces of a religious and cultural character, such as crosses and wooden grottoes. Through his work, he aims to preserve Palestinian heritage as well as the  religious and cultural identity
