Because our products are handcrafted from natural materials, especially olive wood, each piece is unique. The product you receive will be the same design and style shown in the photos, but there may be slight variations in wood grain, color, natural markings, shape, or carving details.
These natural variations are part of the beauty and authenticity of handmade olive wood products and are not considered defects.
Where can I view my sales receipt?
After completing your purchase, your sales receipt/order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout.
If you have an account with us, you can also log in to your account and view your order history and order details.
If you cannot find your receipt, please check your Spam or Junk folder. If you still cannot locate it, contact us with your name and order number, and we will be happy to assist you.
If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and provide your order number and the reason for the return.
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging where possible. Please contact us before sending the item back so we can provide you with the appropriate return instructions.
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that personalized, customized, and made-to-order items are generally not eligible for return.
Some items may be restocked, depending on the availability of materials and our artisans’ production schedules.
Because many of our products are handcrafted and made from natural olive wood, certain pieces may be available only in limited quantities, and an identical item may not always be reproduced.
If an item you are interested in is out of stock, please contact us and we will be happy to let you know whether it is expected to become available again.
We offer international shipping to many destinations worldwide. Available shipping destinations and shipping costs will be shown during checkout based on your delivery address.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges, depending on the destination country. These charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
