12. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery.

Please retain the product and its original packaging until we have reviewed the issue.

Damage resulting from misuse, improper storage, excessive moisture, extreme temperatures, or failure to follow care instructions is not considered a manufacturing defect.
